One id per line. Android = package name (com.foo.bar). iOS = App Store numeric id (e.g. 6761409797) or bundle. Amazon = ASIN (B0…) or Vendor SKU. Keep each in its own tab so revenue isn't merged. Every network matches against this list.
Optional: add a line [Account Name] to label the games below it — that name shows in the Store column even for ad‑only games (no sales).
